    my girlfriend got me this coral im not sure what it is i know its a soft coral and does anyone know if i need to feed it and how it grows thanks

    Can't tell from the pic but it will be fine with light and nutrients from your water column. If it shows feeding tentacles then you can feed it meaty, thawed frozen food.

    Favia is an LPS, not a soft coral, but it should still be fine in your tank.
