Well i had an emergency tank misshap.. My 50 center brace Broke and i was able to locate and buy a nice 60gallon for $129.00 with the stand ...

41"x17"x20" 5/16ths thick glass panels.. the rim is braced with same thickness glass with open center..

I coulda had a 100gallon for $200 but it was too long...It also is of the same build...

I dont know who makes it and the Retailor couldnt tel me if it was temperd or Not...

I was gonna Gl******* It..But ordered a Eshopps 1800dual Overflow for now so i can set up a sump...The overflow will be modded to use less flow with two 1.5" drains..this means 1" Utubes instead of 1.25"Utubes for 1200gph with Gurgle busters. Seeing with Eshopps its the Utube that actually lowers or raises the Flow and Outlets id rather keep big if can.

If it can be Identified ,,
    is it drillabe ,,
    If yes ,,
down the road ill Drain it and drill it for a 1500 Gl******* 1.5"kit.

The Stand was free and i moved its center divider and rebraced it so i could sqeeze a15gallon 24x12x12 Fuge/Sump;)

    My Old 50 gallon...
Im stressing untill my stuff gets here so i can plumb:cry:

Any way ,, Now ill have to do a New Tank thread and finish my lights..

I ordered a 250radium and ballst ,, Coralvue NWB 110 skimmer 2009 bubble lift,, Eshopps 1800 overflow and a 1000gpm pump.. To go inside Fuge Sump..

Note: i will no longer run any HOB Fugiums..

I had a 24"long fuge,, This is why the Center Brace broke!! Lucky it didnt burst...

It looks "home-made" to me, but she looks nice. Congrats on the new addition.

This is wierd i meashured it and it come in between a 60 AGA and 75 AGA for cubic inches.

    55g is 12480c.i.

    65g is 15552c.i.

    Mine is 62.5g @ 14350c.i.

;Dhaha...it looks way bigger,, They are hand made tanks , the person i recieved it from is having hard time finding out if the man that made it uses tempured glass or not..

If you look close "all the glass suports has bevelded polished Edges...Where the seems meet it also has smooth edge. You cant cut or do that on tempured can you?

I also noticed a chipped edge on insde support where a huge top cover goes "glass" im not gonna use ..i guess ill make shelves with them hahaa.

Tempured just shatters dosnt it , I dont think ive seen tempured chip and not shatter.

ill post a pic of the chip and the cover..its all the same type of glass i think..

UPDATE : Edges beveled and glass holes cut in top cover.. Hmm these have little chips around hole which means it was drilled right? The same polished edge and beveling as the rest of the tank.

    I wish i knew..

For now im gonna use a Eshopp overflow and have to do some trick plumbing for cleaness..

    Pics of chip in brace.

The top glass Cover was drilled for finger holes by Builder,,see chipping around hole..

Good news,, Its a Custom tank line from Blue Ocean and is 100% drillable....

Amazing (Origanal owner ordered)it this way through Aquatraders,San Bruno . Theres also a Company IN LA, I think there called "A Small Ocean Fish supply" which can get the same tank..usually Blue Ocean has Rounded Edges and are Non drillable like JBJ.

So I walk into Aquatrader , which is down the Hill from Me and they had One! I knew i saw the Tank some where,, but couldnt remember..

The Owner showed me the New batch of tanks 62gallon and 150 gallon...they had a couple stacks ;D He said he only orders the NON rounded (Normal built seamed corner tanks which are drillable ). Aquatrader used to only Carry JBJ's line of tanks. Its nice to know there trying to get more variety of things .I usually only get fish here or sometimes a PC compact light/T5 fixture when i need something like that..

When I told him that i grabbed this one for $140 from (a guy who decided to get the 150gallon instead).

He said that was a good deal and knew who i grabbed it from.. Small world eh..

Mine Brand spanking new cost $229...Its still a Very nice tank even @ that price and the bottom has a neoprene pad for stand/glass protection.

Thier 150gallon Blue Ocean ALL GLASS (Drillable) is $345 with a budget stand included..Something that big i would make the stand outa steel or a forest.

Any way he said these tanks are more popular down south in the Los Angles Orange county area . He also said that they just started recieving them only 3months ago.

I told him he needs to sell Glass Holes "Overflow kits and bits"...To go with these new tanks hes now getting.

I gave em the number and told him to check out thier site .I hope he starts selling em becuase i know four places that dont "the Bay Area and they all deal with big tanks" and glass holes:p.

The owner a nice fellow and is looking to turn things around Aquatrader.. He bought out his brother if i rember correct...Also recently Put up the new web site and is trying his best to keep people happy.

Thanks everyone and Luna ...Its drillable ,
My Eshopps 1800 already shipped two days ago. Depending on how the Eshopps works ill try it ..If i dont like it ill drill it..Maybe the Inlet box can be used and heck get two Glass hole 1 1/2" returns and drill the Box and Glass ..ill have to look into that..i can make gurgle busters if i have too.

Those dimensions give you 60.3 gallons
