I am worried I may have pinched my bubble around the rim while picking it up after it fell off its perch... It quickly deflated and I noticed a bit of the tissue was peeling off the skeleton in one small area. Is it possible to heal itself from this injury?? If so, how do I help it???

If you just pinched it a small amount, I would think it would recover. I'm not sure what you can really do to help it but make sure you have perfect water quality.

Water params are perfect... Just let it be? Put in a lower flow area of tank, maybe?

Don't put it in an area of too low flow, if you do that, you may cause the bubble to develop brown jelly disease, which is a bacterial infection. This only happens usually if you actually tore the flesh or in some way cut it.

if water quality is good enough for it to thrive and grow before and if it was "happy" where it was then leave it alone and it will absolutely heal itself. i have cut them in half or quarters when fragging and they heal fine.
