    Can i fill the evaporated water by using water from a cycled running freshwater tank ?
    (To rapid the cycling process)

    i would say no, if you want to cycle your tank faster buy some live bacteria meant for saltwater.

    +1 Exactly.

    1) FW bacteria will die in saltwater.

    2) Beneficial bacteria are not free-swimming anyway; they're colonized on the substrate/rocks/deco.

    3) Water from a cycled/established FW tank will only add minerals and nutrients, what you don't want.

    Microbacter7 and Dr Tim's One and Only are 2 of the best names in bacterial additives to help speed your cycle. While their use has merit, I prefer the 'long' method- it teaches one patience, something you desperately need to be successful.

    Saltwater and freshwater bacteria are different and there would be no benefit from doing so.
    Use fresh RO/DI or distilled water only.
