    Ive been researching and looking locally for about 2 weeks now.
    Wanting something in the 24-30+ range for a second tank.

    I know I can piece something together with a dollar per gallon Petco sale or something, but I found the 28G JBJ Nano W/ Intermediate LEDs for $449.

    Including the stand, free shipping, and tax free...

    Pretty good deal, right?
    I love the 38G Nuvos, but it's almost 3x more money if you get the Skkye light.

    Any other brands in that JBJ price range you guys know of?

    im going to suggest going with a cadlight system, not the cheapest but very good quality, much better than any other competing brands IMO.
