I would think so, as long as you add them in the correct order. Someone else may want to chime in.....

yeah, just dont add them all at once.
I would add the clowns first, then wait a bit and then add the gobies then wait and last add the wrasse.

While you are waiting on adding the wrasses, get some pods and add to the tank to seed it for the wrasses. They like to pick on them

Looks like a good list I would add the Possum Wrasse first. Then the Gobies. The Yellow Wrasse, then the Clowns and Angel.
By Yellow wrasse I am assuming you mean.Halichoeres chrysus
The only fish you may have an issue with is the Angel they can be aggressive especially to passive fish like the Possum Wrasse.

I think you should be fine. Im not sure about the orange spotted and clown bogies mixing since I dont have experience with them but I would think they would be ok since the clown goby is very small and is more a rock and coral perching fish and the other is a sand dweller I believe. The 2 clowns and flame angel both fit well. Possom wrasse is very small and shouldnt pose any issues, I am nto sure what a yellow wrasse is (to generic) but if it is Halichoeres chrysus than it would work in a 55gal. Once again I think the 2 wrasses would get along in a 55gal but check with evolved and his wrasse thread to be sure.

As for adding in specific order I would wait to add the wrasses until your tan kis mature with a healthy pod population and wait to add the angel until the tank is mature with a lot of algae growth on the liverock. Add the gobies and clowns first than the wrasses and finally the angel

Dang Vinny beat me to it! At least our advice is somewhat similiar

I know I'm asking you guys but I think the best order to add them is

    Yellow clown goby

    Orange spotted goby

    True percula clowns

    Yellow banded possum wrasse

    Yellow coris wrasse/Halichoeres chrysus

    Flame angel
