Can I hang a fuge on a sump?

Good to know, a big reason for the fuge is to feed the DT right. So, if you are killing the things you are growing by chopping them up it would not be worth it. I will be pulling the water from the skimmer area of the sump and returning it into the return pump area.

 

If possible you want to feed the fuge before the skimmer cleans the nutrients from the water, defeats the whole purpose of the fuge!

 

I will have to put a tee in with a valve from the drain. Good way to control the flow to the fuge also.
