can i keep these 2 guys together

    well i got rid of all my pred fish...and now only have a lawnmower blenny..can i keep him and a diamond watchman goby ? Trying to work on algae and sand before i start doesing for other nutrients.

    That chart says yes you can, but that chart is too general to use it accurately. There are so many species of fish that a simple chart like that won't accurately portray actual compatibility of different fish.


    In this case, I would say yes, that you shouldn't have any issues.

    Agreed. The stupid chart is also way to hard to read.

    +1 on the chart being hard to read. Not quite the same, but I have a bi-color blenny and a diamond goby and they hardly ever have any interaction at all. No issues with aggression either.

    I think your tank is big enough that there shouldn't be any problems. Let us know if you get a watchman, and if you do...post pics!!

    I thought the chart was easy to read and understand. It is meant as a general guide. Even fish that normally go together and countless people have together can still sometimes create a problem.

    I GOT HIM!...he been acclimating for the past hour and 1/2...he is about 2-3 inches long...great color...iam going to be putting him in soon. I also just got 2 hydro powerheads and a huge load of test kits...Pic's and video will be up before i go to bed. Thanx for all the info guys.
