    well everything that was in it is sold....all i ahve now is a diamond goby,algae bleny and a damsel...iam almost hitting a year on my tank setup so now its time to step it up a notch and change the direction of my tank..

    Here are a few shots...i took pic's of him when i first put him in..he went str8 for a corner within 10 min he went to work on the sand...i have a pretty good action shot oh him destroying the sand bed...i also took pics of my lighting god i love my nikon d80

    In the future......1 1/2 hours is excessive, cut down to 45 min.

    Acclimation really depends on what the two salinity's are between systems. If they are the same then really after temp is reached then you can just dump em in. I have taken as much as 14 hrs to bring 1.019 up to 1.025 before I added a fish. You change that too fast and you will cause too much stress for the livestock to handle.

    Agreed, but the 19 to 25 is extreme and thus has to be treated as such.

    Just a word of caution, I had a Diamond Goby and a Yellow Watchman in my 120 G and it is an open top tank. Needless to say I came down one morning and found the Watchman dried to the carpet.

    Make sure you have some kind of lid/fixture to prevent fish from jumping out.
