dude both my ankles are ruined cuz of basketball. I came down for a re my soph. year in hs, landed on dudes foot. I went to dribble to my outlet, and just dropped. That and soccer too, reckless a holes slide takling my ankles for 19 years does the body good... real good. Hopefully it heals but be carefull that puppy will roll again, TRUST me.

I've done that in racketball. I blew out my knees 3 times, last time I was trying to reverse a takedown and folded up wrong. Thats a crazy pic and totally sucks! Start supplementation with apple pectin it will help with soft tissue regeneration.

Sucks dude! That's why i don't play ball anymore! I'm bone on bone in both knees, have a crushed vertebrae in my neck and bone spurs on 3, and a arthritic hip due to playing ball! And I'm 35, facing double knee replacements! That's what ya get for playing year round, AAU, and college, and then trying to play D1 as a skinny dude!

Never did that though, my ankles are actually on of the few good working joints i have left for some reason! Good luck! Milk it! not many times we can get waited on!;)

You can get it a any health food store. Its good for joint damage, arthritis, and tendinitis. Total miracle cure. Its the stuff people use to thicken jam and preserves.

Probably hurts worse than it looks.

My sons friend ran his foot over with a lawnmower this past summer. He just HAD to show me that one. I was going to hire a guy two weeks ago. Day before he started, he tripped over a baby gate and went head first down the basement stairs. Dislocated his elbow on the way down. His arm flopped behind his back, snapping it below the wrist. Out of commission for 6-8 weeks aftet surgery.
