Be careful with the oxy. It's highly addictive, and a dangerous drug.

I'm no doctor, but that x-ray doesn't look so good. Yikes.

ahhhh i just flipped out when i saw that. i hate seeing stuff like that, but since there is other stories here is mine. I have dislocated both of my knees countless number of times. the first time was my right knee, just twisting it the wrong way. I had thought that was the worst pain until it happened to my left knee while fighting in a basement. A muscle had torn a large chunk of my knee cap off, which is still floating in there. I am constantly relocating it by hand in order to sit down without any pain or dislocation. Bad knees are hereditary in my family :/ oh well.. haha

Omg. I broke my left ankle 2 1/2 years ago and I am just starting to be able to use it normally again. Not having to worry about walking for too long and it hurting or going up a steep hill and by the time you get to the top your in pain. I couldn't hold my daughter for the longest time too and gained a bunch of weight from not being able to do anything for so long. Now I can finally use it well and I am exercising again and have lost 20lbs so far. It screwed me up and took a hell of a long time to use it as well as I can now. I did it while sledding and hit a jump and landed forward on my ankle. I had to crawl back up the hill in deep snow while in pain and then my husband had to drag me on the sled back home and drove me to the hospital. I also crushed the cartilage in my right knee from falling from my horse at a run. I will randomly get pain in my knee to the point where I need to sit down and the slightest hump or pebble I step on will end up twisting the ankle I broke. I have to be careful where I place my footing or I could break my ankle again and I'm only 24 for frig sakes! Lol You have a long road ahead of you. Good luck!
