can i put a leaf fish in a ten gal?

    im sure it would be fine...but idk what to feed it....probebly something high in protein would be my guess

    What fish are you exactly talking about? There are some freshwater fish referred to as "leaf" fish and there are also salt water fish referred to as "leaf" fish.

    Just doing a quick Google search, it looks like they need 20-30 gallons and eat live food.

    At least a 20L. You actually think you can fit a 4" fish in a 2.5G tank? You will need another 30G tank just to hold the equipment you need to filter the water.

    i was gonna do it in a ten gallon. no prob really. just not a 2.5. they dont move much just sit and sway. they need live food and are messy eaters so a skimmer is needed. some have them in there reef tanks, they have relatively small mouths so they cant eat bigger fish. any Questions?

    where do you get live stuff to feed it?
