Don't put any more tangs in a tank that small for their sake. Your regal will soon out grow yours. Mine has already outgrown my 120 gal.

Absolutely concur with the other posters. Your tank is way too small for a regal tang...and really the longnose butterflyfish should be in a bigger tank as well. The clownfish and damsel were appropriate selections for your tank.

Have to agree too. Usually you can get away with 1 small tang, usually a yellow tang or small hippo tang in a 55, but with the butterfly I would have to say it's a no go. Plus you didn't mention anything about a protein skimmer and those power heads probably aren't enough, at least for oxygenation. I would be more concerned about a lack of oxygen in the water too.

While I won't disagree with the others, to answer your question, yes you can add a few more fish. I do recommend you research your selections first- there are plenty of smaller fish available.

    Cheers

GMan makes good points (he's helped us out along our way too). If you really must have a tang in your tank, you might want to check out the Kole Tang (Ctenochaetus strigosus)...probably your best bet for a 55. They are active, friendly fish with nice personalities. :)

I've got a 55 that has 3 damsels, two Clowns, Coral Beauty, Yellow Tang, 2 Fire Shrimp, and CUC. I've got an enormous skimmer and 75+ lbs of LR. My Yellow Tang is doing very well...I have a lot of branching LR so he can swim throughout the tank freely. But I agree with everybody else. Get the Regal out and maybe add a Yellow Tang, if you are stuck on a Tang, and a smaller Wrasse maybe.
