Last night I was cleaning my tank and bumped my montipora with a rock. It gave of a bunch of slime and now has a white spot in the middle (see picture). Will it repair itself? I love the coral and would hate for it to slowly die or to become an eye sore!:-/

I had a cap that went through a bout of montipora eating nudi branch. It looked much much worse than yours but grew back. There was a spot that I could not cover or remove. It turned out to be a big white bare spot by the time I got the nudi's in check with diligence and the help of a six line. The coral just grew out around it and has since began to regrow flesh on the bare skeleton.
Give it time and it will heal. Corals are very much more resilient than we give them credit for.

take it and crumble it up into about 20 pieces, leave it in a pile and I venture to say it will grow back.

while the above is harsh, in good water they are very resiliant.

I don't think I will be doing that.....Thanks for the info, it has grow three fold in the last 4 months so it sounds like it will be okay.
