    my house is going to float away....was not a good night to come home! My upstairs neighbor had a pipe break or something and flooded my bathroom! Then my dogs were sick everywhere and very nasty stuff was smeared into carpet.

    Worse then that....my 135g tank is now about 50g....the remainder is on my living room floor. Have a major leak somewhere in the tank and cant figure out where it is. I have all the power turned off and running it with just powerheads. this has slowed the leak down somewhat but will have to wait till tomorrow to drain the tank and reseal it.

    Inwall says it is not as bad as I think it is....but I just want to cry!

    Oh no, so sorry to hear this....I would send an ark if I could...how long do you think it would take to go from VA to MO???

    did i read that right...

    your tank sprang a leak, and your upstatirs neighbor had a pipe broke in the same 24hr period????

    sorry about your luck, wish i had spare ark laying around. maybe you could start a paper towel drive ;D

    Im not surprised you feel distressed, any one of them is bad enough, but the 3 together amplifies the effects of any one of them IME

    Look on the brightside - because there is a brightside

    the water will dry
    the leak will get fixed
    and you have a good friend close by , who is almost certainly going to be on hand to assist you through this temporary misfortune
