Can someone ID please?

    These have been in my tank for a few months now, and they appear to be growing at a steady rate. I tried to take the best pics I could I would describe them as basically looking like a bubble with a stem attatched to the bottom. Hope they are nothing I need to remove. I have them circled in red.

    looks like you have some red bubble algae

    try not to pop it it makes it spread more

    Botryocladia (sea grapes) do not spread nearly as fast as green bubble algae species.

    If you like the looks of it, you're fine....if you don't like the looks of it, gently spin it until the "stem" breaks.

    Curt's has some great advice, i've never had it, but if you like inverts and you hate your algae, you can check out a Green Mitrax Crab. Just make sure it's accesible.
