    no,neither will cause any harm,the worms can be plucked off the glass easily with your finger nail,if nerite eggs,they usually don't survive but leave the "egg shell" which can also be plucked from the glass.Don't scrub them with your mag float as they can scratch the tank,whats on the rocks and back wall I wouldn't worry about.:)

    Leave them, they are filter feeders and one sign of a healthy tank. Scrape them off the front of glass if they are blocking your view or unsightly.
