So my anemone split last night after a water change. when i woke up and noticed it they were about 4 inches apart from eachother. a few minutes later i noticed one of them started going towards the other one. now they are pretty much ontop of eachother..looking like one anemone again. if i hadnt seen them seperated i would still think it was one anem. so my question is can they fight eachother for that spot? can one kill the other?

Anemones split typically because of stress. I don't believe they will kill one another though.

i know they split due to stress. im just a little worried because the spot they are fighting for was their origional spot. so can they both stay there? or will one eventually move and find a new place?

Sometimes they split just because it's a good place to multiply and there's only one. :)

No, nems from the same mother (or possibly just the same species) will not harm each other.
