    So Ive reached a dilemma...

So the plan was to Bring back both of my YT Damsels and my algae blenny to my lfs tomorrow...

Im bringing back my blenny, simply because after my algae bloom I have no algae what so ever in my tank, and Id rather see him go somewhere he always has food.

As for my YT Damsels, they were my beginner fish that I Still Have.

My Plans for my tank were to have

    2 Oscellaris Clowns
    1 Yellow tang
    1 Royal Gramma
    1 Six Line Wrasse
    1 Green Chromis

Now I Just feel bad about bringing the other guys back... haha they were my very first fish. But Both Damsels were aggresive to my blenny. And I dont wanna be adding other fish in, if theyre gonna do that to them too.

There's nothing wrong with bringing fish back to the LFS. I actually do it all the time, mostly because they cause problems in my tank too. I understand how you feel. I had to get rid of a foxface that I raised since it was a baby till it was about 4 inches. Damsels are different though, they're aggressive regardless.

I wouldn't feel bad about bringing back a fish that is not well suited to your aquarium either. It's not doing the fish any favors to leave it in a tank that is not a good home for it.

That said, you have several potentially aggressive fish on your new list, especially as they mature. It's possible to maintain a more aggressive tank but I think you want to make sure you're aware of that going in so you're ready if you need to deal with it if/when the time comes.

Once clowns settle down and start spawning they can get very territorial and you could see some aggression from them although in a 75 you would probably be OK. The yellow tang I think may eventually outgrow the tank and as it starts to feel confined can get aggressive and territorial. The sixline also can be aggressive towards other fish as it grows older.

Keep in mind I"m talking about years here so it's possible to maintain a peaceful tank for a while but you never know when something will start acting up.
There are options for more peaceful fish too I think, if you would like to go that route, I would just suggest researching each fish (a search of 3reef with the fish name is a good start to see what other people's experiences are and with what tankmates) and try and get a group of peaceful fish if that's the route you want.

I know from experience that the wrasse will be aggressive towards the gramma, but in your tank with plenty of hiding places I don't think you will have a lot of problems. You have a conservative stocking level there.

my 6line wrasse killed my gramma. it was fine for the first several months (4?) but then one day it just changed its mind and two days later the beat to hell gramma was coral food.

i wasn't all too upset as the gramma had systematically ate all my shrimp.

O.k., let's look at this. I would say, if you want Damsels (clowns, chromis etc.) you want a mated pair of clowns. This will eliminate any bullying of one another. As far as a single chromis, it will probably not survive, they are best kept in groups of at least 3, which you could do since they are so small. A cleaner wrasse will benefit the Tang. Be aware the Tang is susceptible to ich outbreaks. Adding Marine-Max one day before adding the Tang will be a good idea and then once a week for 2 more weeks. The order you add the fish is crucial to your success. The Tang should be first along with the adding a day before of the Marine-Max. After the Tang is getting established and shows health and no ich (maybe 7 days or so) the next entry would be the cleaner Wrasse. The two will form the bond and the Tang should allow the Wrasse to clean him. The Royal Gramma would be next then the Chromis followed lastly by the clowns. Each entry should be spaced by about 7 days. It can be daunting to stock a tank with a substantial amount of fish but with due diligence, success can be yours.

On the cleaner wrasse and tang note, I heard some cleaner wrasses are hard to take care of. You could always substitute the wrasse for a pair of Neon Gobies they only get 1-2" big each. and are super easy to take care off, also they are known the breed in the right setting of the home aquarium, :)
