Looking to buy a new tank and found this JBJ 45 Gallon Rimless tank and stand for $150
but the back panel is cracked.

Anyone know if I could repair this? Or just replace the back panel??

That does not look very repairable to me. The back panel will most likely need to be replaced. If you are able to source a piece of glass it may be worth a try at that price. It kinda comes down to your confidence in your DIY skills I suppose. If you decide to do it, post the results one way or the other and how you did it.

I mean I am thinking I can just get a piece of glass same size, remove old silicone and then silicone in the new piece. I mean shouldn't be 2 hard right?

Im currently resealing a 220 gal tank which has been simple so far, although it is not leak tested yet. If you are going to remove a glass panel i would use RTV 108 to do the job. I think the most difficult part would be removing the old glass and having good even clamping pressure across the seam when you reseal it. Make sure you have a very clean surface to work with if you decide to do it.

My issue is with the price. Seems high for a cracked tank that size. Talk them way down.

You would need to remove ALL the silicone from the tank to repair it.Silicone will not stick to silicone so resealing the entire tank would be necessary.I agree with Matt. Not worth it at that price.

I'd keep searching for another tank. If you decide to take on the challenge you will need a wire PVC cutter from HD so you can cut the back panel out completely and use the RTV 108 to glue the new panel in place. It's a lot of work and the price seems very high for a cracked tank.
