The RO/DI system you need depends a bit on the tap water in your area.

For example, the 1st system you listed can remove chloramine, while the 2nd only chlorine (which is usually all that is needed). As a start, I suggest looking up whether your tap water contains chlorine or chloramine.

Carbon cartridges that remove chloramine tend to be more expensive than simple chlorine removal cartridges. You obviously don't want to spend money on something that you don't even need!

How is that 180 gpd system different from the other two? They are all made by the same brand so it is making it very confusing.

You could possibly try and contact your water department? Maybe they know?

The other 2 are from different suppliers. The 3rd link is from spectrapure directly. I believe it is for chlorine, but you could contact spectrapure directly and ask.

Usually there is a city website that publishes an annual water quality report. I found Vancouver's easy to find (where I live), but a quick google check of Hudson County didn't reveal much information.

You could always just call your local utilities/water company.
