    hello there i am wondering what kind of puffer i have so i can do some research on him so far he has been a miracle puffer and is leaving my inverts alone if the pic dosent show he is my avitar

    how long have you had him? also do you have any bigger pics or ones not under actinic lighting. if i had to guess that looks like some type of freshwater puffer but that wouldn't make any sense.

    sphoeroides testudineus.15" growth wow! i guess i have an excuse to by my 180 gallon now,my soon to be wife loves him very much so hes part of
    the family,thanks very much

    Nice looking Puffer! Too bad I couldn't keep a puffer in my reef tanks...Wouldn't want to chance it anyhow!!!

    Looks like a green spotted puffer but cant really tell completely cause of the light factor in the pic.
