Bristleworm. I consider them good (in moderation).

+1 on bristleworm. Just keep an eye on it. Some species can eat corals

ah thanks! I thought bristolworms were bad, i have 40 kg of live rock in my tank thats just finished its cycle and im a little down at the mo cause allthou my rock seems full off life the majority is bad from what i can gather! I had a shrimp that i thought was a mantis living under my rock and it scared my two damsels so i caught it and removed it but it struggled to id it : it was green in the water but black and grey stripes out of the water and one massive claw and one tiny claw, any cules? in the end i thought it might be a pistol shrimp but none of the pictures i could find looked like it so i kept it out of my tank.I also have loud craking noises still coming from my tank, but the fish seem happy so it cant be to bad!. I was also sold live rock covered in that apatise pest they have mutiplyed so much, they are everywhere ( i didnt realise what they were till i found this site) . and there is some sort of thing that looks like a rock but then it opens up what i can only discribe as a mouth and has a wiggly thing that moves inside it! and so many thing i guess ill have to spend the day tomorrow takin picture off them to find out what they all are!
    thanks for your help
    K
