Can you make clown fish host coral?

Is there any way to make my clown fish host the coral that I have in my tank??? I don't have an anemone, but I have a frogspawn that would be perfect. Unfortunately, my clown fish don't really seem interested in hosting anything

 

Nope you can not make them or persuade them if they are not interested.

I do not like clown fish to use LPS as their host, it's seems like it eventually causes too much stress to the coral.

Some report good results after placing an image of clown being hosted by an anemone on the side of the tank.

Sometimes one clown fish will follow another clown into a corals to reside, but it's anybodies guess where a clown will reside.

 

+1 P.S.Its the coral hosting the clown not the other way around.

 

I can see how that would be stressful on the coral....I'm being selfish haha I guess I'll try putting up a picture on the side of the tank and see what they do

 

I have had clown fish that never reside in anything like my four year old female clown. She has had anemones, corals of every kind. She will hang out above my duncan or montipora but not consistently.

I have also had clowns that were so passionate about their host that they killed them, even anemones.

I do not blame you for wanting the experience, that used to be me.
