Who are they, I got allot of them on the LR that I just bought.
Wonder if they are good for my tank? if they need to eat or the t5 will be enough for them. I am trying to have a FOWLR.

Well, those my friend are mushrooms, very cool to have. Your T5's will be more than enough, and they won't hurt a thing. But now you have somewhat of a little reef going on there, and not just a fowlr, Welcome to the dark side..... lol Congratulations, you're now a reefer. Don't worry about feeding those, as they can survive just fine with light alone, but if you wish, you can drop some mysis on the middle, and watch them eat. Have fun.

Definately mushroom corals. T5's are more than enough for them... they are a very low light requirement coral. I had one survive being half burried unside down in the sandbed for who knows how long lol Was dull in color, but once put in a good spot colored up nicely.

I guess they can stay in the tank :)
I will be removing the T5s soon and installing 48 Leds 40 White 10000k and 8 Blue leds. I found a good one on sale.
    Any thoughts?

They should be fine. Like others have said, they are low-light corals, so the led's shouldn't be a problem. Also, your tank is going to be VERY white. IMO I would do some more blues, if that is possible.
