Candy Cane Tentacles

    This is nothing new for most of us, I'm sure. However, I've never seen a picture online of a candy cane/torch coral with it's tentacles extended. I see these every night after the lights go out, and I figured another picture on the internet couldn't hurt much. So here you go.

    In case anyone is looking for any tips on keep these things alive and healthy, the answer is the same as any other reef inhabitant: Go slow, let it grow!

    These aren't the best pictures in the world but it's hard to get the right lighting with a flashlight. :-/

    cool pictures thanks for sharing! I really like looking around after lights out too - and i know how hard is taking pictures with a flashlight :p

    If you spray some coral food on it while the feeder tentacles are out, it will make babies quicker. Great picture.
