can't catch regal tang

    Having real trouble catching my blue regal. He's out grown the tank and needs to go back to lfs where I can get credit for him.
    He darts as soon as I go in any time of day. I've tried food in the net..blocking off parts of the tank etc but stress equals white spot with this guy.
    Is the plastic bottle trap any good? Homemade in 2mins and looks simple (youtube)
    Lfs said barbless hook and line and fish him out..seems harsh?

    watch where he darts through your rocks, then place a large freezer bag in the opening. They are pretty much invisible underwater. He'll dart right into the bag.
