Can't figure this out

    Trying to figure this out. I think it's nuisance but not sure have them growing in my sump by my skimmer . It looks like a white slug but I don't know.. Thoughts? Hopefully the pictures are big enough to view ( small circles are snail eggs I think not what the elongated things are)

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    Looks like pineapple sponges to me.

    Usually found in sump areas and harmless.
