Can't find Aquactinics TX5 anywhere :(

So I finally have enough $ to upgrade to the 48" Aquactinics TX5 fixture. The only problem is I can't find it anywhere. I've checked with about 5 online vendors + the manufacturer, noone has one. Why is it so hard to find this fixture?

Does anyone know of another place I could look? Other than posting a WTB thread or scanning FS threads (which I've done)?

might not be a good sign, if there that hard to find. why not a 6 bulb? if your tank is 16" width try a tek 6bulb.

agreed.. If you cant find the 5, just get one more bulb..

Thx for the advice unfortunately I have a 55g long that is 12" so that's the reason I needed to go with the TX5,

I'll try that link 2in10 didn't notice it listed.

 

If that doesn't work out go to Hellolights and get 3 kits or get their 4 bulb over driven kit.

it doesnt have true SLR's or lunars but it would fits and its 6 bulbs.

 

Appreciate the info Night but still have my heart set on a tx5 or tek, just wish I could find a tx5 still

 

try giving them a call and ask for there dealer list and by the way they are in north haven ct
