Cant seem to get Mag over 1312

cant seem to get my mag up above 1312

What kind of supplement are you using to raise it?

Is 1312 a good level for softies and LPS?

 

It's more of keeping it stable, so if you can keep it stable there then that's fine. I use Kent Tech M Magnesium and have never had a problem getting my Mg up. I did try that stuff at one point and had some issues with it as well. It takes a lot of it to raise the level even a little.

 

There's nothing wrong with that level. What's your SG? Also, your rock will suck it up like a sponge until it's in equilibrium with the WC.
