capnella coral got stung?

    well i think my capnella coral got stung, it has a white spot near the base about the size of an elongated penny, this is right about were the branches of my green sin. leather can touch it. the green leather has been creaping up on it fast lately. well will this spot heal if it is moved ?, or will it spread? do coral burns usually show up white?

    cool . better yet im gonna move it right out of the tank on to be traded. its getting too large and taking up prime space.
