    Also, i started my tank a few days ago with City Tap Water. Would it be a good idea to drain and re fill it with RO or is the first fill not as big a deal?

    I wouldn't suggest anything under a 50 gpd RO. If you have very, and I mean very, clean city water then the 35 gpd would be iffy. Always go 50 gpd or above imo. I don't really like that particular RO. What are the reasons you chose this one?

    And I started my tank with tap water and wish I hadn't, my tap water has phosphates through the roof. Plus if you are going to be putting thousands of dollars in your tank why not take the extra couple days to fill it with good water?
