You would be surprised with how little it matters that truck has a v8 in it with the cost of insurance. Chances are, the car will cost more to insure. I just got rid of my Suburban because of gas prices. Insurance on that was $55 a month. Replaced it with a Civic SI, and now they want $130 a month. That's for a 30 year old, no tickets or accidents. You have to remember how much less likely you are to be injured in a large vehicle.
Needless to say I'm shopping insurance this weekend haha.

Stick with the truck, insurance blows let alone on two vehicles. I hate to say it but enjoy that summer job. Sounds like you are pretty close to me. I'm in lafayette maybe trade some frags eventually

O and the key is if it has a bench seat you dont have room for your friends, so when they what to go somewhere they have to drive and you tag along!

liability only maybe, but that means your paying cash for the car, no loan!

true, and trading the truck in for a even trade, you'd get hammered,if you got a free truck coming,i'd stick with it,then find the coverage thats right for you, remember, you're "in good hands"
