    I /we use tri based pelletized carbon really soft and it has to be used a soft flow or water or reactor so not to beat it up but is is the best on the market . None better. Once you use it you will never go back to anyother . Black Diamond and Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Kents all are good and about equal Elos is good as is ESV and sea chem all are good as the other.
