Yeah you are pretty young for the procedure. My advice would be stent if they have a blockage. Will last longer.

Sorry to hear Sparky. Best of wishes, and keep that chin up! A positive attitude in itself can make all the difference.

Good luck RS! I'd definitely go with the stent as well. Let us know how it goes!

UGH! Really sorry to hear Larry. Keep optimistic through your medical endeavor. It's been helping me through mine.
Although sparky, I'm pretty sure you already have a good game plan in place. Lemme know if there's anything I can do from Oregon.
    Case..............

Well the cardiologist who sent me to the cardiac surgeon said that at my age he expected one of 4 scenarios:
    1. They'd look around, find nothing, and apologize.
    2. They'd find blockage, but not so bad and could be treated with meds.
    3. They'd find blockage, and use angioplasty (balloon) or a stent to correct.
    4. Or blockage would be on the level where open heart coronary bypass would be indicated.

Well, I'm glad to say and amazed too-that it's one. They had a look see, and didn't find a darn thing! Everything looks great. It seems my palpatations must just be stress. That's a big load off my mind. I thank you all so much for your love and thoughts.

    This place rocks. :)
