I need help in caring for my Gonio. This coral of mine is very temperamental. I am not sure if it's happy or just being fussy. At the moment, there are lots of bald patches, and if you see the image below, there's a small green lump grows on one of the little cell. Should I be concern about it? This particular Gonio has been in the tank for 3 months. Do you have Goniopora in your tank? If you can share your Gonio photo will be much appreciated :D

bump for this....jmblec, I've heard that they are getting better at living in captivity but that one needs to have some nutrients in their system - they don't necessarily do well in ULNS - is this correct or incorrect???

Any long term gonipora keepers out there???

Ive been tempted to try a goniopora just been waiting to see a really nice specimen. I have also heard they do just fine in skimmerless systems that have a few extra nutrients but they starve and die in the majority of ULNS such as the sps systems many have in place.
