carefull what u purchase

just thought id post this mym mum baught a jebo tank stand with the built in lights filter etc FW setup with the basics

she had the setup for a year and the lights eventually went <as they normally do> but to replace them she had to goto the manufacturer for new globes and virtually anything else that goes wrong with the tank.

since she moved 1000 k's from where she baught the tank gettin parts was a nightmare cos no where stocks it where she lives

guess this is just a warning to research what u buy :-/

Jebo/oddysea doesn't really have a customer service. They don't even offer warranties on their products. Messed up business that won't stand behind their products. Probably because its nothing to be proud of.

 

TARGET001- That really sucks about having to hunt for your Jebo supplies.
I've got a LFS here that stocks a ton of that stuff and it never moves off the shelf.

Ouch! Harsh, but very much true.:

 

i personally had a problem with the jebo hang on back skimmer the rubber seal at the top after 3 months crapped out and started leaking no matter what i did,
the lfs i got it from had the same complaint from every 1 else who baught it and actually had a big bag or new seals ready to hand out to every 1 who had crapped a seal out.

i wont buy jebo junk again
