Well I've been working on this tank off and on for most of the summer. I'm kind of stumped on the lighting but I'm probably going with metal halide. Any way heres some pics cause I know how you guys like 'em.

I scored this full setup for $300! It had one "Blue Devil" and about 50 lbs of live rock and even some tonga rock. It was in pretty good shape. It will be a nice step up in my saltwater tank resume.

I saved this from the original setup. Maybe I can save it?

The tank had one hole in one corner that was 1-3/4" that supplied the wet/dry filter under neith, oh yeah, I also got a Sea Clone protein skimmer too with the set up. Right now I'm using the skimmer in a rubber maid bucket to cure all the rock.

I've become pretty good friends with the owner of a glass company so he drill 3 additional 1-3/4" holes in the tank for me!

I also got some black 1/4" acrylic for the internal overflows. Looks profesional right?

Here's some pics of the jig and router I used to cut the teeth!

Here is the finished product, not yet siliconed in though.

I tried bending the arylic sheets over a 4" pvc pipe so I could have a radius corner instead of a sharp "cut" corner but this is what happened.

I think I might butcher my 48" CF fixture and add 2 - 150 MH for the lighting. Since I live in a pier-and-beam house where the ambient air temperature is usually 70 degrees or less, I could use this to cool the bulbs and ballast with out heating up the room.
