    Hello

We ahve a large carpet anemone bout the size of a dinner plate. We did a 30% water change and "vacumm" and now he will not suction to anything. He just kind rolls around the tank. He isn't stiff solid but is certainly not "free flowing" Kinda like a tumble weed.

    Any thoughts

    Thanks mucho

What was the reasoning of the 30% water change. Seems like a hefty percentage of water to change up all at once? Was there something that was indicating the need for such a large water change all at once? Anemones are very sensitive creatures as you most likely already know; they don't tolerate any change too well. And if you were vacuuming detritus or anything for that matter, you may have caused a large amount of matter to be tossed into the water current which may have made its way to the anemone. Odds are that the anemone may have found that irritating. Just keep a watchful eye.
