So my nem has been parked in the same spot for a couple of months now and today decided to crawl up the side of the glass and get sucked into a power head.

I unplugged the power head as soon as I notice it now what do I do?? Do I need to get him out of the tank or just leave him be?

A bit more information would help...
How big is the nem and what percentage of it got beat up by the power head?
How is the rest of the nem looking?
How big is your tank and what are you running for filtration?
Are there other sensitive inverts in the tank?

Depending on the answers to the above, you might get by with running plenty of carbon to help absorb toxins and watching the anemone closely to make sure that it doesn't take a turn for the worse than it already is.

Slight damage to anemone, big tank, great skimming, and hardy tankmates would all work in your favor here. When my Sebae crawled into a powerhead, it survivved the ordeal.

Sorry for not getting back to this so long. When I found it in the power head I shut it down and took the power head apart. The nem didn't manage to get to the propeller so I just took the tube off and let him sit for a while and eventually it let go of it and came out of it.

It is a green carpet nem I would say he is about 6 to 8 inches around when spread out. So far so goo its little tentacles got a little beat up but nothing real major. It has managed to stick itself on some rocks and is all spread out and seems to be doing fine. I will just keep a close eye on him to make sure it stays ok
