I have some Rather large Pod's that come out at night and would like to catch a few to see if they are safe or not. THe majority are in a large rock that I bought for the GSP that were on them. THe GSP opened up for a short time and have not been seen in a week or so. I assume the problem is either the Pod's or the BristleWorm's that are in the rock. THe Pod's are either,
    Cirolanid species
    Sphaeromatidae Latreille or
    Amphipod's.
I know how to build a trap for them with a plastic bottle and a glass jar and know how to tell if they are a problem or if they are reef safe.
What do I bait my trap with?

Do they look like big rollie pollies, like super steriod fleas?

Mine are about 1/4" and run on their sides, lol.

I guess you could bait the trap with a soggy nori sheet, that's where I find mine the most!!!
