    I used a piece of window screen and slowly closed him in then used a net to scoop em out.

    I think you need to lay off the 'shrooms man :p

    Otherwise, I have used my Reef Gently Acclimate box to catch a number of fish. They are good to have anyways to acclimate new fish.
