    What is it, a nice size chunk available at the LFS for 35$ green and purple. If anyone has pics please post ;D

    it doesnt look like that at all, I cant remember the scientific name, started with an m though. sorry if its not much help.

    I would suggest taking a look at it at your LFS and taking a pic and posting it here. The only other coral I know of that is called Cat's Paw is Pocillopora.

    it doesnt really branch, its almost like a chunk, with a little bit of plating like montipora, but with all its polyps out it looks furry or fuzzy.

    All stop buy tomorrow, and i'll probably come back with it in my tank. hahaha

    haha well i'll get an ID whether its in my tank or not ;) but probably the first of the two.

    I have seen Pavona called cats paw.
