If you haven't read this already, it could prove useful: http://3reef.com/refugiums.shtml

Do you have any livestock in the tank or something to generate ammonia? Plants need food, and in our hobby it is usually in the form of nitrates.

Other than that, I'm just really not sure what to do as this has never been an issue for me. The stuff just grows ::)

Yes. I have plenty of fish etc. My amonia is at 0 and my nitrates were about 40 yesterday, but that was a few hours after feeding.
heres a pic of the tank

I light my refugium 24/7 to prevent caulerpa from going sexual, dying, so the nitrates and phosphates aren't released back into the tank.

    Tank looks good! [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Unfortunately, I'm stumped at this point, my nitrates are at 10 and my caulerpa just doesn't stop growing. Anybody else have any ideas?

Get it out of you tank NOW!!!!! Calupera will release the stored toxins when it dies or goes sexual-you need lights 24/7 for calupera to thrive and to keep it from going sexual, the better the light the better it does! Calupera is usually done in a fuge because of the light requirements-where was yours?
