Centipede looking worm?

    Kinda looks like about an inch long light greenish white centipede. Creepy! Crawled/slithered in and out of some holes in my live rock. Is it good or bad?

    Sounds like one of the common bristleworms. Harmless detritivore. :)

    Was this around the same time you picked up the stinky snail? lol. Probably a bristleworm like Mr. Bill said. Actually great cleaners!

    Those things freak me out lol. I have to have a spotted watch out for them when shifting my rocks.

    it can also be a fire worm... I was actually reading about them not too long ago.

    yeah i found a fire worm in my cheato that i got from reef cleaners... i usually have aqua gloves on but thought it would be harmless to touch the cheato when placing it in my fuge...to my surprise i almost grabbed the fireworm. they look alot meaner than a regular bristle worm!
