Chalice feeding?

    Do i need to spot feed my chaice it only has one eye?

    bump...i have a chalice frag and i keep forgetting about it and have never fed it. i would like to know

    I have a cornbread trash bubble gum monster that was a one eye chalice when i got it and I spot feed it with mysis. I have owned the frag for four weeks and it gets one piece of mysis every Sunday. It has since expanded to three eyes. Many more factors go into chalice's growing, but i think it's good to spot feed.

    Sounds redundant but my chalices really took off growing after I figured out that they do 'eat'. I feed mine mysis, sinking pellets, etc. Just a pinch and the eyes open up & get real happy.
