Chalk bass anyone?

I have been recently reading about chalk bass and am thinking about adding several to my tank. I would appreciate anyone's input who has experience with these guys and a recommendation as to where they could/ should be purchased online because none of my LFS's ever has them.

 

Look at Liveaquaria. They have a good site and good information.

 

They are cool.

 

I had one. Cool fish, got along with everyone. Very aggressive eater and grew fast. I actually ended up getting it at Petco (I know I shouldn't admit that) because I couldn't find them anywhere else.

Had him almost a year and then decided to go carpet surfing one night... had some nice distance from the aquarium though so I will give it credit for form.

 

such a cool looking little fish. I've never kept them - noticed my LFS had a little one this past weekend. I'm maxed on fish or would have considered it

 

I wish a LFS here had a couple. Guess I'll order 2 online.
