So I just noticed my CB's eye looks like it's kind of exploded or something.
    Very very big and expanded...

    Any ideas?

Did another fish do this, or is it something that can happen?
Cures? Can I do something to help it??

It was 100% fine late last night.

What are ALL of your water parameters?

Popeye can be caused by many things. Bad water, bacterial infection, accidentally scratching the eye on a rock. You pretty much need to rule thing out one by one. For instance, if it's a bacterial infection, there's lots of treatments one can buy. (Maracyn, Melefix, etc). If it's bad water parameters, one can do a waterchange.

I have a Blue Tang who currently has a case of Popeye. I suspect its the ICH infection he has. My DT has been disease free for a year and I blame myself completely for this. I now have my Blue and Purple tangs with Ich covering them.

I had a chalk bass that got pop eye and I just let it go. It ended up fully healing on its own. I lost the little guy a few months later after doing a tank upgrade. :(

Alright, so I got the #s.

My tank has no visible Ich, never has. And all the other fish seem perfectly fine.
I gotta say, if I had to pick a cause, I'd say it's my Mystery Wrasse.
He's kind of an ******* to the Chalk Bass and my little Purple Firefish.
Just a chase here and there though, nothing major as for fights.

    Salinity 1.027
    PH - 8.2
    Amm - 0
    Nitrite - 0
    Nitrate - 20
    KH - 7
    Calcium - 480

I get my Phosphates checked at a store, and run GFO, so I'm sure they're not 0, but not off the scale.

And I have no idea what the Magnesium is.

I just did a bigger WC on Saturday.

More than likely the mystery wrasse indeed.

I presume this is in your 60gal? You've got little live rock; couple that with a chalk bass sharing the rock work with the mystery wrasse, and I say there's your answer.

I think I have about 40 lb of live rock.
They each have a spot at night, but they're actually on opposite sides of the tank.
The CB actually just kind of stays in a corner low to the ground or at the base of live rock.

So either way, what should I do now, leave him be?

The mystery wrasse probably chased him and he scratched his eye on a rock trying to get away. I would temporarily drop SG down to 1.024 or so. (over 2 or 3 days, not all at once). Fish have to work less to osmoregulate at lower SG.

I would feed a little more than normal and soak the food in a quality vitamin and HUFA supplement. If it doesn't start going down in a couple of days, you'll have to pull him out to treat him for a baterial infection.
