    I mounted two AI Sol Blues parallel over a 60" long 100G reef using T Track for the rails.

    I have a two island scape so running them perpendicular over each island is what will work best. And from the coverage chart the middle of the tank as acclimating area

    I think a problem I will have is having to get some glass cut to keep water from splashing. Maybe I can make a rig to hang it over the tank since ceiling mounting them is a no go

    Glass would seriously cut down the PUR/PAR your tank would receive.

    According to that chart I need 10 of the units? lol, thats just not gonna happen! not even sure I could get 10 mounted to the canopy lol $5000 for lights is a little out of the "budget" lol

    haha I'd say. $5000 could get you a fully furnished and stocked tank.
