This ones actually eurobraced, rimless would have been awesome but I'd be scared of things jumping. I'm slowly working on a frame to hide the screens a bit and go around the top edge to match the stand.
The bulkhead on the back wall is just a drain for water changes, I havent used it yet but will need to soon. Should be able to put a mark on the back of the tank so I know where to drain to for a regular WC. wanted it lower than 10% tho incase larger changes are ever need.
The return is actually the white pipe poking through the weir comb. The sump seemed to go ok with a power failure test.

Man, thats a good idea! I would've never thought to install a drain for water changes! Wish I would've thought of that, although I rarely do them.

I havent actually done many water changes yet as there doesnt seem to be enough in there to warrent them, but I thought the tap will make them a bit easier when I do. I can't remember eexactly where I got the idea from but I won't claim its original.

about to encourage more water changes tho, I GOT A MIDAS BLENNY!!! ;D It's very small, dripping it now.
I think I got it a little cheaper because they weren't sure if it was eating or not yet, but with all the stuff I've gotten trying to get the leopard to eat I figure it had a better chance in my tank than the fish shop.
I'm very excited about this add, it was one of the things on my fish list I definitely wanted and originally planned on adding it first. Had to ask and make sure it was actually a midas as it has a blue head and looked more like a weird inverted bi-colour blenny, but with a midas tail and character.
Granted I havent seen a lot of these in general, I havent seen any like this before so I really hope he does well.

Wow, he looks a lot skinnier than I first thoght:-/

He'd be lucky to be 2.5-3" long and seems quite young.
Its too soon to know if i should worry, but I hope he eats soon.
As mentioned I'm STILL trying to get the leopard to eat regularly so,
I have and will be feeding something twice a day from the following:
    NLS Thera +A
Ocean nutrition formula 1 pellets and flakes, formula 2 pellets
    Cyclopeze freeze dried
    frozen mysis
    frozen brine
    frozen blood worm
    -seachem entice additive
    -brightwell garlic power additive

If anyone has any tips or anything else I should try, let me know.

He's still an awesome looking fish and I'm glad to have got him, already seems to be swimming around a bit so can't be too shy.

Hey chappy! The tank is looking sweet. Those wrasse you picked up are looking so nice. Keep up the feeding I have a buddy with a leopard that eats pellets. :) Oh about the blenny, he is super cute! But, sorry to say he isn't a midas :( I am not sure what that little dude is, I will check out some Latin and get back to you. The black stripe along the dorsal fin is not right, I have a juvenile too he's about 3 inches now and bland still but a little different. No mater what he is he is cute and I am sure you will love him! Like I said I will look on some fish lists and get you an ID :)

Thanks Heidi! The Labouti is getting a little more bold every day and seems quite happy.
I'm persevering with the leopard, he doesnt look unhealthy at all, just seem extremely fussy. Maybe he is sneaking sly bites while I look away.
uh oh, I think you're right about the blenny lol.
Google image's midas blennys don't have that black stripe at all.
His midas like tail and jovial swimming style tricked me into believing he was just an odd color variant.
could he be a harptail blenny? The eye looks very similar, and may explain his tiny size?
I am still happy with it whatever he is :)

Is there any chance it would get along with an actual Midas blenny?
or would the similar appearance be a good chance of conflict?

Here is another pic to assist with an ID.
Shows the tail a little better.

Tanks looking really good, I am surprised the garlic additive isnt helping your fish eat more. Usually they go crazy for whatever I put garlic on.

Forktail blenny or yellow tail fang blenny. It looked like a fang blenny at first glance :) he sure is a cute little guy for sure!

    Thanks jeremy.
It does seem out of the norm that the leopard isnt showing much interest in at least one of the foods yet. He definitely doesnt look like a juvenile tho so maybe I'm trying to teach an old dog a new trick.
Thanks for the ID heidi! It sounds like he could get a little more aggresive than the midas, I hope that doesnt end up being a problem. He is definitely still very cool looking :)
